Chyyrchyck summer camp is at 2400 meters above sea level. It is the first pass on Pamir Highway to Tajikistan. About one hundred shepherds come from all over the region and camp here with their livestock. According to some locals, they consider this place as the largest summer camp in south Kyrgyzstan. Most people come here and do business with selling and buying horse’s milk, fermented mare’s milk, slightly alcoholic. Most of the tours of Visit Alay start right from this pass.
