In fact, Beshkonush is a gorge at the entrance to Alay valley. It is just 60 km from Osh city to the direction of Sarytash village. You will see a lot of yurts when you go deep into the gorge. Locals frequently arrange horse games in this gorge during summer time. It is the right gorge for those who are eager to do short day trips from Osh city. Just take shared taxi heading on to Gulcha village from Osh city and be dropped off from the car when you see the arch "Alay region" under Chyyrchyck pass. Tunr right and enter the gorge.
Beshkol lake is right at the southern top of Sarymogol pass, 4300 m above sea level. Nice place for tough trekkers. You can get nice view of Pamir and Alay mountains from the lake. It can be reached by either from Sarymogol village in southern part or from Kojokelen village in northern part. You should go to Sarymogol village and drive one hour to get to the starting point of the trekking. Then 3 hours trek takes to the lake Beshkol. Camp on the shore of the lake. Enjoy the beauty of the pass and lake. Next day come back with the same way you went or continue to corss the pass and down to northen valley. Two days walking after pass take you to Kojokelen village.
Aktor pass is at 3500 meter above sea level and located in Asankorgon mountain range at the entrance of Alay valley. The pass can be reached either from Murdash village in southern valley or from Saryoi summer camp in northern valley. Just go to the end of the Murdash village and turn right at the first gorge. Walk around 14 km on unpaved road and turn right to the small gorge where you ascend the pass. It takes about four hours to get to the pass. You can see locals who camp in these areas with their livestock during summer season.
